Apple’s official website in China shows that delivery of the AirPods Max will be 1 month away. For orders placed today (January 24), the estimated delivery date is February 15 to February 22.

Apple’s website in the US and UK and also found that the delivery date for the AirPods Max has been stretched. AppleInsider, a foreign technology media, believes that there are many reasons for the extended delivery date, but at this point, it can basically be ruled out that Apple is going to launch the new AirPods Max.
According to the report, Apple is planning to change the Lightning port to USB-C during the transition period as the EU mandates the use of USB-C ports for digital products by 2023. The longer delivery time for the AirPods Max has led to speculation about the new AirPods Max.
AppleInsider doesn’t think a new model is likely, however, mainly because the AirPods Max has an update cycle of about four years, and Ming-Chi Kuo has previously said that Apple will launch a new AirPods Max in 2024.
Another possibility for Apple to stretch the delivery date is that it’s working on a new AirPods Max color. But there’s not enough evidence to prove it.
