According to the latest news disclosed by the source Kosutami, Apple plans to equip the iPhone 15 series with a braided double-headed USB-C data cable with the same color as the fuselage. Specifications are 50% longer.
Another source, Majin Bu, later posted more photos of the cable, not only confirming that it will be equipped with a length of 1.5 meters, but also saying that it will be more durable than the current data cable.
It was previously reported that the data cable of Apple’s iPhone 15 series will adopt a multi-color design for the first time, similar to the colored Lightning data cable that Apple previously included in the iMac keyboard.
The standard version of the iPhone 15 cable will have a color design, and the Pro version cable will have a black and white design. The data cable has also been optimized in terms of cable material.
