Apple’s WWDC23 Global Developers Conference was held early this morning, introducing new hardware and software devices including iOS 17, macOS Sonoma, MacBook Air 15, Apple Vision Pro headset, and more.
After the keynote introducing the new Mac, Apple today released a beta version of the Studio Display Beta firmware available to developers (specific version number 21A5248v).
All Studio Display models will be able to receive the OTA firmware update, but this firmware update is limited to Macs currently running the new macOS Sonoma Beta operating system. Studio Display users running macOS Sonoma can go to System Settings > Software Update. “> Software Update to install the firmware.
Apple has not yet provided details on what is included in the Studio Display 17 Beta firmware update.
