Apple released Safari Technology Preview 158 today. In addition to fixing bugs reported by previous developers and users, it also focuses on improving the performance of CSS, JavaScript and WebCodecs.
The current Safari Technology Preview Version number is 16.4 and is compatible with macOS Ventura and macOS Monterey. Software Update is now available through the System Preference or System Setting mechanism.
Safari Technical Preview went live in March 2016 to gather feedback from developers and users on its browser development process. safari Technical Preview can work in parallel with the existing Safari browser. Although the browser is designed for developers, a developer account is not required to download it.
