After the M2 Ultra-powered Mac Studio (Mac14,14) appeared in the GeekBench score database, the scores of the Mac Pro (Mac14,8) with the same chip were also revealed at the same time.
The score page shows that the new Mac Pro has a single-core score of 2794 and a multi-core score of 21453.
For comparison, the 2019 year-end model (with Intel’s 28-core Xeon W-3275M @ 2.5 GHz) has a single-core performance of 1378 points and a multi-core score of 10,390 points. The new Mac Pro’s single-core and multi-core scores are more than twice as good as its predecessor.
