Apple iPhone users have higher brand loyalty than Android, market research firm Addictive Tips quantified this standard through a survey, saying iPhone users are 18% more loyal to their brand than Android users.
The main content of this survey is as follows.
- Among the iPhone group, millennials (generally those born in the 1980s and 1990s) are the most satisfied with the iPhone
- Business managers are 33% more likely to use iPhone than Android and get along with 63% of employees who also use iPhone
- On average, iPhone users spend 15 more days per year staring at their smartphone screens than Android users.
The report also touches on an interesting topic: two-thirds of iPhone users say they would leave Apple if the Apple App Store banned Twitter.
