According to the latest report released by the screen supply chain consulting company DSCC, tracking the screen shipments of the iPhone 15 series this year, it was found that its shipments were 16% higher than the iPhone 14 series models, which was 16% higher than that of the iPhone 14 series. The iPhone 13 series is 21% higher.

David Naranjo, senior director of research at DSCC, said:
Judging from the current panel shipments of the iPhone 15 series, the Pro model’s share was higher than that of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro models between June and October.
From June to October, the cumulative share of the iPhone 15 Pro models was 64%, while the iPhone 14 series and iPhone 13 series had a share of 54%.
Research shows that in October, the iPhone 15 Pro model’s share was 71%, up from 65% in September, thus increasing the mixed average selling price of iPhone 15 models in June-October, which was 5% higher than the iPhone 14.

The DSCC also said that Samsung Display was the main panel maker for iPhone 15 models, accounting for 81% between June and October.

LG Display followed closely and began shipping panels for Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro Max in September this year, accounting for about 18%.
BOE started shipping panels for iPhone 15 in October this year, accounting for 1%. BOE also supplies panels for the iPhone 12, iPhone 13 and iPhone 14.
