Apple recently released a support document, which mentioned the USB-C interface and other details on the iPhone 15 phone model.
It is learned from the support document that Apple stated that all iPhone 15 series phones can charge the Apple Watch, AirPods charging box, or any accessory connected to the USB-C port with a power of 4.5W.

The document also shows that the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max support USB 3.2 Gen 2, with data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps. Apple has previously revealed that these devices support USB 3.

However, the USB-C cable that comes with the iPhone 15 Pro only supports USB 2.0 speeds, so users still need to buy higher-spec cables to get faster data transfer speeds.
All iPhone 15 series phone models support DisplayPort for mirroring 4K HDR video to an external monitor or TV with a supported USB-C to DisplayPort cable or adapter.
iPhone 15 Pro models also support recording ProRes video directly to external storage at up to 4K at 60 frames per second.
