According to foreign technology media MacRumors, the iPhone 15 Pro series models are equipped with up to 8GB of memory, starting with 128GB of space, and up to 1TB of storage space. There is no 2TB model as previously rumored.

MacRumors says the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have the following storage configurations:
- 128 GB
- 256 GB
- 512 GB
- 1 TB
For storage options, Apple has selected the following four NAND suppliers:
- SK Hynix
- Western Digital
- ArmorMan
- Samsung

In terms of memory, MacRumors has reported that Apple plans to use LPDDR5 memory for the iPhone 15 Pro series models as it did for last year’s flagship, with 6GB and 8GB being tested internally by
- Samsung
- Micron
- SK Hynix
It’s unclear what’s happening with memory capacity, and there are two explanations:
- Memory capacity varies with storage capacity, with higher capacities being paired with 8GB of memory.
- According to a report released by Tibco Consulting, 6GB of memory is canceled and 8GB is provided directly.

In addition to memory and storage, the iPhone 15 Pro models will also use an upgraded A17 SoC, which is built using TSMC’s new 3nm manufacturing process. The A17 is expected to boost GPU cores for better graphics performance, and clock speeds for the high-performance cores will be increased to 3.70 GHz from 3.46 GHz in the A16.
