Apple iPhone 15 Pro made of titanium weighs 187 grams, 19 grams lighter than iPhone 14 Pro

Apple’s latest iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are made of strong and lightweight aviation-grade titanium, replacing the previous stainless steel body, thereby reducing weight. iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are about 9% lighter than iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The weight of the new machine as follows:

 The iPhone 15 Pro weighs 187 grams, down from the iPhone 14 Pro’s 206 grams.

 The iPhone 15 Pro Max weighs 221 grams, down from the 240 grams of the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Apple’s iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus still use aluminum alloy bodies, so there is no significant change in weight compared to the previous generation.

In addition to the reduced weight, titanium is less susceptible to fingerprints and more durable thanks to a new brushed finish.
