The World Sports Technology Awards (STA), known in the industry as the “Oscars of the sports technology world,” recently announced the 2023 awards list, and Apple Fitness+ service won the “Best Fitness and Engagement Technology In the recently announced 2023 Awards, the Apple Fitness+ service won the award for “Best Fitness and Engagement Technology.
Founded in October 2013, STA aims to explore and discover the application of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, big data, smart wear, bioscience and other cutting-edge technologies in the sports industry, accelerating sports change through the power of technology, and is known as the “Oscars” of global sports technology.
The STA began accepting nominations last September, and a panel of more than 50 industry experts reviewed all entries and announced the finalists of successful brands in February.
Apple Fitness+ is available as a subscription service for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, and can be shared with up to five other family members.
The Apple Fitness+ service is currently available in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
