Google has finally started rolling out the stable version of Android 13 to its pixel devices, which makes Android 13 finally official! The new version of Android brings many changes under the hood such as the ability to change third-party icons according to wallpaper, more personalized privacy features, cross-device copy-paste functions and much more.
Android 13; What’s New?
The Android 13, first of all, has more accessible and customizable personalization options. Users can personalise elements on the home screen including non-Google icons, notification panel, wallpaper, theme, colour and more as per their choice. The support for Material You colour theming has been expanded further. Users may now select which images or videos an app can view on Android 13. They avoid having to grant these apps full access in this way. Additionally, it will erase any past keystrokes, including phone numbers, email addresses, and more. Users can choose when they wish to receive notifications as well.
The Android 13 now natively supports Spatial Audio. Users can enjoy the experience of Spatial Audio using any of the compatible audio products. The support for the cross-devices copy-paste feature has also been added to the OS. Users will be able to stream your messaging apps directly to your Chromebook so you can send and receive messages from your laptop.

Then, but not least, Android 13 now enables users to customise Bedtime mode with wallpaper dimming and a dark theme under Digital Wellbeing. When users are going to go to bed or checking their phones in the middle of the night, this won’t strain their eyes and help them get used to the dark.
Google has added a top-level feature request for the many Android users who can speak more than one language. Users can designate a particular language for each application, keeping the phone system in one language while using a different language for each application.
