Softpedia reported that a yet-to-be-released iPhone 4S promotional video has been leaked on the internet. The ad, starring John Krasinski, seems to have a low degree of completion, which is probably why Apple chose not to release it in the end.
The iPhone 4S was released on October 4, 2011 with a dual-core A5 chip, a significantly upgraded camera and support for 1080p HD video recording. In this yet-to-be-released video, the Siri voice assistant feature is highlighted. This is also the first appearance of Siri.
Apple said at the time, “iPhone 4S also introduces Siri, an intelligent assistant that does what you tell it to do. You can use natural language to communicate with Siri, such as ‘Do I need an umbrella to go out this weekend?’ and it will know you’re asking about the weather.
