AMD releases dedicated driver for Lies of P, only supports RDNA discrete graphics

“Pinocchio’s Lies (Lies of P)” will be released on September 19. AMD has now launched a dedicated driver for this game, called Adrenalin Edition 23.20.11.01 for Lies of P.

Officially, the driver only provides support for RDNA independent graphics (RX 5000, 6000 and 7000 series), and also provides some undisclosed integrated graphics solutions. It’s worth noting that this particular driver appears to only be available for RDNA discrete graphics, and a corresponding Polaris or Vega graphics card driver will be provided later.

The Souls-like game “Pinocchio’s Lie” will be released on September 19, landing on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms, and will be added to Xbox Game Pass at launch. The standard version of the game is priced at 298 yuan, and the deluxe version is priced at 348 yuan. Pre-order the deluxe version to get:

 72 hours early access

 Mischief Doll Costume (Pre-Order Bonus)

Mischief Doll's Parade Hat (Pre-Order Bonus)

Masks worn by people preparing for the festival

This game is adapted from the classic fairy tale “Pinocchio/Pinocchio” and tells a cruel dark fairy tale set in the era of Bel Ekoff from the 19th to the early 20th century. Players will experience Pinocchio’s cruel tomorrow as he embarks on a journey to become human. In order to become a human being, Pinocchio chooses to lie every moment.

According to reports, “Pinocchio’s Lie” has more than 30 weapon parts, which can be combined to create hundreds of weapons, such as swords, guns, swords, axes, etc. In addition, the game does not include multiplayer content. It is a purely single-person soul work that pays tribute to Hidetaka Miyazaki. In the end, the game has 3 different endings that you need to explore on your own.

Attached is the game introduction:

You are a puppet made by Geppetto, caught in a web of lies; in the world of Lies of P, you have to face unimaginable monsters and untrustworthy characters.

A mysterious voice wakes you up and leads you through the plague-ridden city of Krat; this once prosperous city has now been poisoned by madness and blood. In our Souls-like game, you must adapt yourself and your weapons to fight the fears of the unknown, uncover the unfathomable secrets of the city's elite, and choose whether to face difficulties with the truth or spin lies on your journey to find yourself. Overcome difficulties.

・A dark, elegant and cruel world

Uncover the secrets of Crate City - a place steeped in Belle Époque style that once thrived as a puppet industry but whose streets are now filled with blood.

 ・Fight with twisted machines

Develop a unique combat style by pairing dynamic weapon combinations, utilizing legion prosthetics, and activating new abilities to take on vicious enemies and terrain.

 ・What’s in the lie?

Sometimes you are faced with a choice. You can lie to comfort someone who is hurting or desperate... or you can choose to tell the truth.
 Forge your own path.

 ・Reinvention of classic works

The popular fairy tale "Pinocchio" is reinterpreted in a dark and grim narrative style, allowing players to discover the secrets and symbols hidden in the world of "Lies of P".
