GAC Aion’s new pure electric coupe model, the Hyper GT, will be launched on July 3″. According to dealer news, the final price of the new car is expected to be lowered on the basis of the pre-sale price, and the price reduction of the top model may exceed 10,000 CNY. This car has been pre-sold on the eve of the Shanghai Auto Show, and the pre-sale price range is 219,900 to 339,900 CNY.
It was previously reported that Hyper GT is based on the GAC AEP3.0 platform and is positioned as a pure electric medium-sized sedan. *1455mm, wheelbase is 2910mm.
In terms of power, the car is based on the AEP3.0 platform and Xingling electronic and electrical architecture. The rear-drive single-motor version has a maximum output of 340 horsepower (250kW), a maximum torque of 434 Nm, and an acceleration of 4.9 seconds from 0-100km/h. There will also be a dual-motor version. In terms of configuration, the car is equipped with frameless doors, a liftable tail, multi-piston calipers, Michelin custom tires, large-size sports wheels, etc. The high-end models will also be equipped with sports car-style rotor doors.
In addition, the Hyper GT has been declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology last month, and three different versions including the battery replacement model have been declared. The new car currently only has a single-motor version. The peak power of the motor is 180kW or 250kW depending on the configuration, and the maximum speed is 180km/h.
