AITO M9 car is now available for pre-order on Huawei Mall. The car is positioned as a “panoramic smart flagship SUV”.
According to the official booking page, the AITO M9 model is available in an extended range version and a pure electric version. Both versions are expected to be priced between 500,000 and 600,000 CNY. They are expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2023, and the configuration is to be announced.
Judging from the two official pictures released so far, the AITO M9 adopts a family-style design language, with smooth side lines and a hidden door handle, which adds to the technological feel of the vehicle.

The front face of AITO M9 is rounded, and both the headlights and taillights adopt a through-type light strip design. The front grille adopts a trapezoidal shape, the roof is equipped with lidar, and there are cameras on the front fenders. The car is expected to support high-level driving assistance functions. The EV version offers a choice of two-tone bodywork and two specifications of 21-inch rims depending on configuration. The tire specifications are 265/45 R21 and 285/45 R21 respectively.
In terms of power, AITO M9 provides two power systems. Among them, the pure electric version adopts a dual-motor layout, with the maximum power of the front motor being 160 kilowatts and the maximum power of the rear motor being 230 kilowatts; the extended-range hybrid model is equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 112 kilowatts. The motor parameters are the same as those of the pure electric version. The electric version is the same. Both power systems are equipped with ternary lithium battery packs, but the specific capacity and cruising range are currently unclear.
In terms of smart functions, AITO M9 will be equipped with Hongmeng 4.0 cockpit system and Huawei ADS high-end automatic driving assistance system. The co-pilot will have an independent screen in the car, and laser projection equipment will be provided in the rear row.
