We learned a few days ago that the new AION Y Plus model has been officially launched. A total of two models have been launched, priced at 143,800 RMB and 153,800 RMB respectively. The two newly added models this time will be equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries, with a battery capacity of 68.2 kWh. The CLTC cruising range remains the same as the ternary lithium battery version, which is still 610 kilometers.
As a new model, the design of the new car is consistent with the current version on sale. The unique body contour and sharp headlight design make it highly recognizable. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4535/1870/1650mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2750mm.
At the interior level, AION Y Plus adopts the current mainstream minimalist design style. The center console does not retain physical buttons, and almost all functions are integrated into the large central control screen. In terms of power, as a reference, the ternary lithium version currently on sale has a single-motor layout, with a maximum power of 150 kilowatts and a peak torque of 225 N·m.
