At CES 2023, Acer unveiled updated Aspire All-in-One (AiO) and laptop models that it hopes will support families’ daily productivity and entertainment needs.
Acer Aspire S All-in-One
The Acer Aspire S 27-inch model features 12th-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors and Intel Iris Xe graphics. On the other hand, the 32-inch model tops out with Intel’s 13th generation Core i7-13700 desktop processors and Intel A-Series graphics.
Both models support Wi-Fi 6E and feature an aluminum body and a nearly borderless WQHD tiltable display. Its dual speakers feature DTS audio. Users can also make video calls via a magnetically mounted 1080p webcam or an optional 1440p QHD webcam. What’s more, AiO includes Acer EyeSense facial recognition software and Windows Hello fingerprint recognition for passwordless sign-in.
The 27-inch Aspire S model will be available in North America in the first quarter of 2023 for a starting price of $1,199.99 and in Europe in January for €1,199. Meanwhile, the 32-inch model will be available in North America in the first quarter of this year for $1,699.99 and in Europe in June for €1,799.
Aspire 5 laptop
Acer’s new Aspire 5 laptops are powered by the latest 13th-generation Intel Core processors with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 GPUs to handle heavy workloads. the Aspire 5 laptops also come with up to 32GB of DDR4 memory and up to 1TB of SSD storage.
The 15-inch version features a QHD display and 16:9 aspect ratio, while the 14-inch version features a 1080p IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. more importantly, these laptops come with a 1080p webcam and digital microphone for clear video calls using Acer’s Space-Time Noise Reduction technology. Finally, the Aspire 5 laptops come with a “TwinAir” cooling system and an air-intake keyboard to keep the laptop cool.
The 14-inch Aspire 5 laptop will be available in North America in March, starting at $549.99. The 15-inch model will be available in North America in April for $599.99, in Europe in March for €799, and in China in March for RMB 4,099. There will also be a 17-inch model available in April for $699.99 in North America only.
Aspire 3 laptop
A budget-friendly device, the Acer Aspire 3 laptop is powered by an Intel Core i3-N series processor. Acer claims that the cooling system on these laptops boasts a 40 percent increase in fan surface area and an additional 17 percent of thermal capacity to optimize airflow and cool internal devices.
The Aspire 3’s 14-inch model will be available in North America in March for $499 and in Europe this month for €549. The 15-inch model is also expected to be available in North America this March for $349 and in Europe this month for €499. The 17-inch model will also be available in North America in March for $379.99 and in Europe next month for €599.
