Hainan Province, the Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Transport, the Provincial Department of Public Security recently jointly issued a notice to start the 2022 to encourage the use of new energy vehicle subsidies to declare the work, operating service subsidies up to 30,000 yuan, individuals can apply for a maximum of 2,000 yuan charging cost subsidy. The subsidies are intended for eligible owners (including individuals and non-individual users) who purchase new vehicles in Hainan Province and register them for license plates in the province.
The filing period is up to January 16, 2023. The declaration must also meet the following requirements: the initial registration to obtain a special number plate for new energy vehicles; vehicle access to the Hainan Provincial New Energy Vehicle Supervision Platform (hereinafter referred to as the provincial supervision platform); the purchase date between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, the initial registration for license plates before January 16, 2023 (inclusive).
Funding subsidies for eligible motor vehicle owners (including individuals and non-individual users) who purchase new vehicles in Hainan Province and register for license plates in the province. In addition to must meet the operating service subsidies, charging cost subsidies related to the requirements, but also must meet the following conditions.
New energy vehicles include pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles (including booster) and fuel cell vehicles; 2. January 16, 2023 (inclusive) before.
The operation service subsidy standard is: 1. New energy cargo operation vehicles (including postal express and urban logistics distribution vehicles) can apply for 30,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan of operation service subsidy for each heavy-duty, medium-duty and light-duty vehicle respectively after the mileage reaches 30,000 kilometers within one year from the registration of the vehicle; 2. After 10,000 kilometers from the registration of the vehicle, each vehicle can apply for 20,000 yuan of operating service subsidies; 3. New energy tourist buses, shuttle passenger vehicles from the vehicle registration within one year after the accounting mileage of 30,000 kilometers, according to the large, medium, small and below each vehicle can apply for 20,000 yuan, 15,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan of operating service subsidies
