XDefiant is a by Ubisoft San Francisco studio is developing a new free 6V6 FPS game, this game focuses on fast-paced gunfighting, and the punk rock-like carnival.
The game has been delayed a few times, and in the previous public beta due to encountered “many problems”, so Ubisoft ultimately chose to continue to delay the launch of this work, but Ubisoft has not yet announced the game after the extension of the specific on-line date.
According to the latest Ubisoft quarterly financial report documents show that this work is still planned to be released in this fiscal year, the report claims that for the rest of this fiscal year Ubisoft will be the following works to bring revenue:
- Assassin’s Creed: Visions
- Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR
- Avatar: Pandora’s Frontier
- Unchained Alliance.
- Dance Matters 2024.
- Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
- Black Sails of the Sea.
- Rainbow Six.
- Dawn of the Dead.
So while Ubisoft is not currently announcing a specific launch date for Unruly Alliance, the title is still on track for a March 2024 release.
According to the previous synopsis, in Unruly Alliance, gamers will be able to experience the game in their choice of five camps inspired by Ubisoft’s gaming IPs: The Purifiers (Total Annihilation), Freelance Arms (Crysis 6), Echelon (Splinter Cell), as well as Shadow Team (Ghost Recon: Phantom Menace) and DedSec.
Each camp contains 3 characters, but only 1 will be unlocked at this time. Other characters can be unlocked through quests. Progress from this event will not be carried over to the official release, but players will be able to keep over 10 exclusive decorative items that they have earned until the official release.
